The rituals of communion in Igbo tradition studied in this book, namely, \u003ci\u003eEmume Iwa Ọjị \u003c\/i\u003e(Kola nut Ritual), \u003ci\u003eEmume Iri Ji Ọhụrụ \u003c\/i\u003e(New Yam Festival), and \u003ci\u003eỊgba Orikọ \u003c\/i\u003e(Ritual Meal of Reconciliation), are still prevalent and valued among the Igbo people. These rituals pilot and determine the wellbeing of present and future generations of Igbo people.
