Gillian is a Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI II) licenced practitioner and accredited NHS\/Healthcare Leadership feedback facilitator. She is past Fellow of CETL4HealthNE and member of the National Reference Group for Service Improvement.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eCatherine Delves-Yates is an experienced nurse and a Lecturer at the University of East Anglia. After starting her nursing career at the Nightingale School London, she has worked clinically in adult and paediatric critical care in the UK and has nursed and taught in America, Africa and Nepal.
